We are bombarded with noise every day through media, social media, news, marketing etc. It is over-stimulating, and it can be tough to find a moment of peace or worse, hear and recognize your voice.
In my Kundalini Yoga teacher training class this week, I learned that primal, 1 & 2-dimensional engaging activities such as yoga, exercise, journaling, and meditation are what bring you back to your true self and harness the ability to recognize your inner voice. These activities enable one to get to higher dimensions and be able to recognize their own space in the universe. I have not yet mastered the vocabulary to describe this on an intellectual level but I can tell you from experience that developing a daily practice of activities that enable you to tap into higher frequencies and cultivate life force truly is the only way to drown out the noise and build self-confidence that is not tethered to a persona or impersonation of who the world thinks you should be.

These rituals have helped me connect with my true self and find confidence from within. I promise you won't regret it!
