Today, I experienced one of those moments of collision between my personal and professional worlds. Another step towards becoming whole. I sometimes need help to bring my spiritual practice into my business practice. I still have some resitance. Yet, this is also my mission so It can be a struggle. Today, the universe, as usual, was there to guide and support. Coming from being a real estate and business leader, my journey into becoming a life force strategist and business coach has been revolutionary and sometimes bumpy. I have morphed my business model multiple times based on where my passions lie and where my intuition takes me, which is beautiful.
My mission to help others flourish and achieve success is fueled by a tireless work ethic and a commitment to learning. Learning never stops paying off. Today was no exception.
While preparing for my complimentary Sunday workshop I run weekly for entrepreneurs and business leaders, I delved into various meditation practices because I wasn't feeling the ones I had been teaching. They were too "woo woo," I felt. In searching for inspiration, I watched Tony Robbins' Priming exercise, which I have done many times before. I suddenly realized this priming exercise I've been practicing is deeply rooted in the Kundalini Yoga I have been learning and practicing for a few years. This realization was a profound reminder of how the universe aligns perfectly IF and WHEN you are open and reaffirmed my belief in the power of being present and engaged.
How did I not see this before? Tony Robbins and I even share the same Kundalini teacher, Guru Singh. This moment of clarity was a step towards embodying my wholeness. Obviously, if Tony Robbins can bring these worlds together, so can I. I have already been blending the teachings of these remarkable mentors with other coaches, philosophers, and guides. Add in trusting my intuition and having the confidence to be bold, and the results are a unique approach to coaching that aligns with my truth and my wholeness. This process and the result underscore the importance of having multiple coaches and teachers to learn from to cultivate your own wisdom.
Through a foundation based on learning, overcoming challenges, and integrating spiritual concepts and practices into business, I've developed strategies that empower and energize myself and those I work with. These methods foster a robust life force for personal and business success. I'm thrilled to incorporate these techniques, which I term 'Soulful Prosperity,' into my coaching services, workshops, and events.
This approach honors my commitment to aiding others in designing lives and careers filled with love, joy, and fulfillment and helping people become whole. As we tap into and amplify these life force strategies, we transition from not living up to our full potential to a life of ease, happiness, and abundance with meaningful relationships and deep emotional wisdom in our personal and professional spheres.
The key to this process? A heart anchored in gratitude. Gratitude taps us into a flow state, turns our experiences into valuable lessons, and opens us up to the universe's endless bounty.
I share these thoughts on the cusp of Thanksgiving week with a spirit overflowing with gratitude, eager to ignite a spark in others.
