This past week threw me for a loop. After a client session filled with breakthroughs, I found myself in the throes of self-doubt. The session was intense, and I walked away feeling less polished than I'd hoped, my edges more jagged than smooth. It's tough, being in that space where you're second-guessing your skills. But here's what I decided: I wasn't going to let that doubt get the best of me. Instead, I faced it head-on, committed to digging deeper into my areas for improvement and proactively seeking avenues for growth. I dove back into my books, eagerly absorbed new knowledge, and even teamed up with a new speech coach to finesse my communication skills. I took complete ownership of my outcomes and emotions, drawing strength from the universe, my endless source of support and love.
Expansion, for me, isn't about collecting accolades or padding out my resume. It's about action—pushing the limits of my identity and capabilities.
And talk about timing—this revelation couldn't have come at a more opportune moment, with our first Empower Hour Workshop just on the horizon, focused on Vision Casting. Expansion is the heartbeat of vision casting, urging us to set our sights higher and mold ourselves into the individuals capable of making those dreams tangible.
